Made tutorials in English to teach UK school students for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th standard.

For these tutorials, I created the content on the Topics of their Syllabus as prescribed by their Education Authority named National Curriculum.

Then I also embedded this content in Flash Multimedia in order to create interactive tutorials with animation, graphics and sound effects.

Then I also performed the Quality Assurance check for these tutorials.

Then we had uploaded these tutorials on the website http://www.juniors.net.

Further I did website maintainance as well.

Then I did Web Marketing for this site which means I promoted this on major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. This site attained high rankings on the search engines and got good exposure as well.

I.T Outsourcing:

At Netcradle I had worked in direct contact with our overseas clients.

One of the major clients i.e. www.knowledgeflow.com even had visited our office and accorded me special thanks for proactive participation in their project.

I had also generated a good amount of business for the company under the field of I.T. services.

 Visualiser and Coordinator:

I have great visualization skills where I had laid out storyboards for making interactive animations and multimedia games as well. In this process I had also coordinated the whole team of animators and programmers in the process of making these Animations and Multimedia Games.

Research Oriented with focus on Self learning:

I can fully research on any given topic provided its information comes under the scope of the world wide web.

I had done intensive research and learnt various I.T. aspects by self learning, determination and hard work. 

Career Progression:

During my service I was first promoted from Research Executive to the post of Senior Executive and finally got promoted as a Group Leader where I was handling a team of 15 people.

It is providing web marketing services to clients based in USA, UK, Australia.

I am playing the role of an overall manager and am responsible for all the processes right from training the employees, execution of projects, client reporting, business expansion etc. I am also a panel member for the recruitment process of this company.

It is a growing company establishing and building its reputation as it progresses.
